An antique cafe. If you like it rustic, this is the place for you. Large variety of cakes and very tasty yeast dumplings. 😋 If you are in Oberstdorf, you should definitely stop here.

As for the delicious selection of cakes, I can only recommend the café. Every time we are in Oberstdorf we like to come here to enjoy the wonderful cakes.

Reminds strongly of a Viennese coffee house. The furnishing, the whole presentation are very nostalgic. The pies and cakes and the coffee are simply fantastic. The staff is friendly, attentive and quick. The Corona rules are taken seriously. We can only recommend the Franziskus.

Many many thanks! Going out in Corona times is difficult. But you have more than perfectly implemented the hygiene concept for the catering trade. 1,000 thanks! In spite of all this, you can feel very comfortable with you. Our sundaes and coffees were also delicious. The staff very friendly.

We stopped here for a break from shopping. We only had coffee and cake. The weather was amazing so plenty of people were outside enjoying their food and drinks. There’s a large selection to choose from. This place is pretty central so you can continue shopping after the break 😉.

Cake and strudel really delicious. Prices are justified. Good location and easy to find. The coffee was good too and the service fast. I can really fault it, maybe little things: tables are a bit low, there is already a lack of legroom and the short pastry you could also first bake for ten minutes and then draufgeben the cheesecake filling. Then the dough would not be so soft. But these are really just little things.

I loved it! Our waitress was lovely and attentive, the goulash soup and Apple strudel was piping hot. My husband bought me a chocolate box and they were truly delicious. I can highly recommend this Bavarian cafe.
